Through the years of hiring new employees myself I have seen prejudices play into the role of evaluating candidates and have often times been surprised at the reasoning behind those prejudices.

While I fully engage competition and the basic fact that it is what has made this country a world leader, I have to wonder just how much better we could be if prejudices could be eliminated from every decision?]]></description>
