Thanks, Phil, I love it when my long time Twitter followers come to visit! I’ve been meniang to ask that question for a long time. I actually have several Twitter and Facebook friends that suggest topics and then I write the post. The Whose Court is your ball in was not only suggested by a friend but since he was so articulate and I asked permission, I used much of his content in the post.So, what should I write about for you?

Very prescient information for the preparation and implementation of the job seeker, however as one I can not help but believe the first line of review (the reviewer) holds the “big key” to one’s success.

Through the years of hiring new employees myself I have seen prejudices play into the role of evaluating candidates and have often times been surprised at the reasoning behind those prejudices.

While I fully engage competition and the basic fact that it is what has made this country a world leader, I have to wonder just how much better we could be if prejudices could be eliminated from every decision?
